In early summer, let’s meet in Qingdao to enjoy the mountains and sea and paint a colorful picture.

Art  China · Guanlan 2024 International Watercolor Grand Prix Exhibition was held at Qingdao Art Museum.

This year's art season brings together entries from many countries, nearly 200 excellent works, carrying the emotions and warmth of many artists from home and abroad, presenting a colorful watercolor festival for everyone in this beautiful summer.

Diverse creation, communication and sharing. Works from foreign artists such as the United States, Australia, Canada, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Russia, Brazil, France, Moldova, etc., combined with watercolor masterpieces from dozens of provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and special administrative regions in China, in various styles of expression, present to the public a series of artistic paintings that freeze the beauty of nature, depict humanities, express new urban images, and record real life, as well as cultural leaps between different nationalities and regions. The unique charm is rich and diverse.

Domestic and foreign painters who participated in the art season traveled through Qingdao's mountains, seas, fishing villages, parks, and scenic areas, capturing the beauty of nature and the charm of humanity, leaving behind vivid paintings. The emerging and vibrant creative ecology of watercolor art was vividly displayed, and was widely disseminated across borders through professional media in China, America, and Europe.
